摘 要:为准确研究道岔板结构形式和车辆进岔姿态对板间离缝引起的轨道结构动力响应的影响,针对我国高速铁路18号单开道岔,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,考虑道岔区多钢轨与道岔板的柔性变形,建立含砂浆层离缝的车辆-板式无砟道岔刚柔耦合动力学模型,分析板间离缝对钢轨与道岔板垂向位移与加速度的影响,对高速道岔无砟轨道养护维修提供指导建议。研究结果表明:板端离缝是对轨道结构受力变形最不利的离缝型式;当板端砂浆离缝高度为0~1.00 mm时,钢轨和道岔板垂向位移以及道岔板垂向加速度随离缝高度的增加而增大,且在离缝高度从0 mm增加到0.50 mm时有较大的突变,故在实际工程中应尽量避免离缝高度超过0.50 mm,当板端砂浆离缝高度大于1.00 mm时,道岔板处于脱空状态;对于板端砂浆层离缝,随着行车速度的提高,钢轨和道岔板的垂向位移逐渐减小,道岔板垂向加速度逐渐增大。In order to accurately study the influence of the structural form of the turnout slab and the state in which the vehicle enters the turnout on the dynamic response of the track structure caused by the debonding between layers,aiming at No.18 simple turnout of high speed railway in China,based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics,and considering the flexible deformation of the multi-rail and turnout plate,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of vehicle-slab ballastless turnout with mortar layer debonding was established,and the influence of the debonding between layers on the vertical displacement and acceleration of the rail and turnout plate was analyzed.In addition,the guidance and suggestions for maintenance of ballastless track of high-speed turnout was provided.The results show that the debonding type of slab end is the most disadvantageous to the deformation of track structure.When the debonding height is 0-1.00 mm,the vertical displacement of rail and turnout slab and the vertical acceleration of turnout slab increases with the increase of the debonding height,and there is a large mutation when the debonding height is increased from 0 mm to 0.50 mm.So in the actual project,the debonding height should be prevented as much as possible from exceeding 0.50 mm.The turnout slab is in a state of disengaging when the debonding height is greater than 1.00 mm.For the debonding type of slab end,the vertical displacement of rail and turnout slab decreases with the increase of vehicle speed,and the vertical acceleration of turnout slab increases with the increase of vehicle speed.
