摘　　要：治理体系和治理能力现代化是建设新时代职业教育的重要方向,厘清高职院校治理现代化的内涵特征、价值意义、建设原则,可以有效推动高职院校内部治理现代化建设。高职院校治理现代化是国家治理现代化的重要组成部分,是内部治理与外部治理相统一的要求,更是高质量发展的根本诉求。推动高职院校治理现代化,要坚定职业教育办学方向,把握高职教育特点,推进职业教育与社会发展相结合,突出治理现代化价值内核。The modernization of governance system and governance ability is an important direction for the construction of vocational education in the new era.Clarifying the connotation characteristics,value significance and construction principles of the governance modernization of higher vocational colleges can effectively promote the modernization of internal governance of higher vocational colleges.The governance modernization of higher vocational colleges is an important part of the modernization of national governance,the requirement of the unification of internal and external governance,and the fundamental demand of high-quality development.To promote the modernization of governance in higher vocational colleges,we should strengthen the direction of vocational education,grasp the characteristics of higher vocational education,promote the integration of industry and education,and highlight the value core of governance modernization.
