摘　　要：体育院校创新人才的培养方式很多,例如体育院校实验室开放模式,它特别强调“开放预约”与“学生带动”两步走。所以本文就分别从理论研究与实践应用两大层面探讨当前体育院校创新人才培养实验室模式,研究其开放性内涵与操作方法,希望助力体育院校培养更多创新型优秀人才。There are many ways to cultivate innovative talents in sports colleges and universities,such as the open laboratory mode of sports colleges and universities,which especially emphasizes the two steps of“open appointment”and“student drive’.Therefore,this paper discusses the current laboratory mode of innovative talent training in sports colleges and universities from the two aspects of theoretical research and practical application,and studies its open connotation and operation methods,hoping to help sports colleges and universities to cultivate more innovative talents.
