摘  要:在国家推崇劳动教育和创新创业教育一体化的背景下,将劳动教育和创新创业教育相互融入是高校深化教学改革和实现人才全方位素质发展的必然要求,是实现国家向创新型国家转型的现实条件。文章针对当前“劳创”融合教学模式存在的融合育人思想匮乏,校企合作机制僵化和协同管理体制缺失的困境,提出新的“劳创”教育同构共生的实践路径,以推进劳动教育和创新创业教育的融合发展,培养新时代的创新型劳动人才。Under the background that the country advocates the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to deepen teaching reform and achieve all-round quality development of talents,and is a realistic condition for realizing the transformation of the country to an innovative country.In view of the current dilemma of the“labor-innovation”integrated teaching model,such as the lack of integrated education ideas,the ossification of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and the lack of collaborative management system,the paper proposes a new practice path of“labor-innovation”education isomorphism and symbiosis,in order to promote the integrated development of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and cultivate innovative labor talents in the new era.
