摘  要:为贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,国家逐步建立了由课程思政理念到课程思政教学实践,全面推进课程思政建设,要求抓好课程建设“主战场”、课堂教学“主渠道”。大学生心理健康教育是一门大学生必修的公共基础课程,可以有效地成为课程思政的主要阵地之一。本文通过分析课程思政内涵与实施的可行性,从构建融合的课程体系、建设过硬的师资团队、拥有扎实的知识根基、具备创新的能力手段等四方面提出教学实践对策,以此来实现为社会培养更多德智体美劳全面发展人才的目标。In order to carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,Ministry of Education has gradually established ideological and political teaching practice from ideas to practices.The ideological and political construction of the curriculum should be promoted in an all-round way,which requires paying more attention to the“main battlefield”of curriculum construction and the“main channel”of classroom teaching.Mental health education for college students is a compulsory public basic course,which can effectively become one of the main positions of curriculum thinking and politics.By analyzing the connotation of ideological and political course and the feasibility of its implementation,this paper puts forward the teaching practice countermeasures from four aspects:constructing the integrated curriculum system,constructing the excellent teaching staff team,having the solid knowledge foundation,and having the innovative ability means,in order to achieve the goal of cultivating more all-round development talents with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education for the society.
