摘  要:目前法学专业实践性教学环节存在着诸如地位尚不明确、安排尚不科学、模式尚未形成和效果尚不理想等问题,“诊所式法律教育”以其教学材料的现实跟进性、教学体验的直观形象性、教学理念的学生主体性、教学评价的标准多重性,顺理成章地进入我们的视野。在法律诊所课程定位、学生身份、师生选择、教学评价等方面探讨出切实可行的方法,以推动我国法学专业实践性教学改革的不断深入。At present,there are problems such as the status is not clear,the arrangement is not scientific,the mode is not yet formed and the effect is not satisfactory,etc.“Clinic legal education”,with its realistic follow-up of teaching materials,intuitive image of teaching experience,student subjectivity of teaching concept and multiple standards of teaching evaluation,has come into our view logically.It is logical that“clinic-based legal education”enters our vision with its realistic follow-up of teaching materials,visualization of teaching process,interactive diversity of teaching methods and multiple criteria of teaching evaluation.In this paper,we will explore the practical methods of legal clinic curriculum orientation,student identity,teacher-student selection,and teaching evaluation,in order to promote the deepening of practical teaching reform in China's law school.
