摘 要:工程盾构区间左右线均下穿呼和浩特市中山西路与锡林郭勒南路交叉路口正下方地下过街通道,连接通道采用1.5 m矩形预制钢筋混凝土管节顶进施工完成,下穿时两结构物之间最小净距离仅为2.5 m。采用通道内型钢支撑加固、通道内预注浆加固、盾构同步注浆、二次补注浆加固、全天候实时监测等措施,有效保证了盾构隧道、地下过街通道的结构安全,地面沉降控制在规范允许范围内,可为类似工程提供参考。Both the left and right lines of the shield section of the project pass through the underground passage directly under the intersection of Zhongshan West Road and Xilingol South Road in Hohhot City.The connection passage is completed by jacking 1.5 m rectangular precast reinforced concrete pipe.During underpass,the minimum clear distance between the two structures is only 2.5 m,so measures such as section steel support reinforcement in the channel,pre-grouting reinforcement in the channel,shield synchronous grouting,secondary supplementary grouting reinforcement and all-weather real-time monitoring are adopted to effectively ensure the structural safety of shield tunnel and underground street passage,and the ground settlement is controlled within the allowable range of the specification,which can provide reference for similar projects.
