摘 要:通过性是车辆的重要性能之一,台阶是一种常见的通过性考察地形,《汽车通过性试验方法》(GB/T 12541-2023)推荐M类车辆进行上下台阶通过性试验。文章采用理论数学建模和基于ADAMS的仿真分析两种方法进行车辆上下台阶通过性研究,分析了车辆通过目标台阶时各系统的最小离地间隙,计算表明下台阶时挡泥板二和排气系统发生磕碰,需进行结构优化。文章研究方法可以推广至其它地形,在车型设计阶段完成地形通过性能力计算评估可以提前识别并规避动态磕碰风险、节省试验资源、压缩开发周期。Passing capacity is one of the important performances of vehicles and step road is a kind of common terrains related to passing capacity.The ability of M-class vehicles to pass through step road is required by China national standard Motor Vehicles Passing Capacity Test Method(GB/T 12541-2023).In this paper,the step road's passing capacity is studied based on mathematical modeling and simulation analysis with ADAMS.The minimum ground clearance of each system is analyzed when the vehicle pass through a specific step road.The calculations show that the mudguard II and the exhaust system bump with the ground when driving down the step road,and structural optimiza-tion is needed.The research method in this paper can be extended to other terrains related to passing capacity.Efficient evaluation of terrain passing capacity in vehicle design stage can help to identity and avoid collision risks in advance,save test resources,and shorten the development cycle.
