摘　　要：“敬业乐群”是黄炎培职业教育思想的核心理念,也是黄炎培先生对职业教育教师的规范和要求。文章对全国10所农业类高职院校师德师风建设及黄炎培敬业乐群精神践行情况进行调查研究,从师德师风、爱岗敬业、教学态度及道德素质4个方面分析了当前农业高职院校教师职业修养现状,提出通过加强教师职业道德教育,建立健全教师职业道德建设长效机制、建立健全与本校校情相符合的师德师范准则以及全方位、多角度的教师综合考核评价体系等培植高职教师职业道德。"Engaging in work and being happy with others"is the core idea of Huang Yanpei's vocational educa⁃tion thought,and his overall standard and requirement for vocational education teachers.From the perspective of vocational school teachers,teacher style construction and Huang Yanpei's practice of professionalism in 10 agri⁃cultural related higher vocational colleges were conducted from four aspects of teachers'professional ethics,dedi⁃cation,teaching attitude,professional level and moral quality to analyzes the current situation of teachers'profes⁃sional accomplishment in agricultural higher vocational colleges.On the basis of deeply understanding the conno⁃tation and modern value of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,some technical measures to cultivate vocational ethics of higher vocational teachers were proposed,including strengthening the education of teachers'professional ethics,establishing and improving the long-term mechanism of teachers'professional ethics construc⁃tion,the standards of teachers'ethics in line with the situation of the school,and establishing an all-round and multi-angle comprehensive assessment and evaluation system for teachers.
