摘　　要：建设技能型社会是新时期我国经济社会改革的重要目标。在技能型社会建设过程中,职业教育理应扮演更为核心的角色。回顾黄炎培职业教育思想的精华,可以发现,助力社会建设是职业教育得以产生的重要原因。黄炎培职业教育思想对破解当下技能型社会建设的关键问题具有深刻启示,同时也为职业教育更好地服务技能型社会建设提供了方向性参考,包括深化产教融合培养高素质技能型人才、基于民众立场提升职业教育吸引力、发动社会力量参与职业教育办学等。Building a skilled-oriented society is an important goal of China's economic and social reforms in the new era.In the process of building a skilled-oriented society,vocational education should play a more central role.Reviewing the essence of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,we can find that helping social construction is an important reason for the emergence of vocational education.Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought provides profound enlightenment for solving the key issues in building a skilled-oriented society,and also provides directional references for vocational education to better serve the construction of a skilled-oriented society,including deepening the integration of industry and education to cultivate highquality skilled talents,enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education based on the public's position,and mobilizing social forces to participate in running vocational education schools.
