摘 要:目的研究纳米铂消毒液对水果防腐保鲜效果及抑菌效果,为水果保鲜应用提供参考。方法采用生长速率法、浸泡法和果体打孔试验,检测纳米铂消毒液抑菌活性及水果保鲜效果。结果5.0μg/mL纳米铂消毒液对意大利青霉菌和葡萄座腔菌体外抑菌率为100%。2.5μg/mL纳米铂消毒液体内打孔可延长柑橘保鲜时间2 d,延长猕猴桃保鲜时间3 d。5.0μg/mL纳米铂消毒液浸泡处理柑橘和猕猴桃,可保持10 d不发生腐败。结论该纳米铂消毒液具有较好的水果内部和表面抗菌作用,对水果腐败真菌的抑菌作用良好。Objective To study the preservative and antibacterial effects of nano platinum disinfectant on fruits,so as to providing reference for the application of fruit preservation.Methods The growth rate method,soaking method,and fruit punching test were used to detecting the antibacterial activity and fruit preservation effect of nano platinum disinfectant.Results The in vitro antibacterial rate of 5.0μg/mL nano platinum disinfectant against Penicillium italicum and Botryosphaeria dothidea were 100%.Perforating with a concentration of 2.5μg/mL nano platinum disinfectant liquid could extend the preservation time of citrus by 2 d and kiwifruit by 3 d.Soaking citrus and kiwifruit in 5.0μg/mL nano platinum disinfectant solution could maintain 10 days without spoilage.Conclusion The nano platinum disinfectant has good antibacterial effects in the fruit body and surface,and has good preventive effects on some fruit spoilage fungi.
