摘  要:在煤矿输送机电机的自动控制系统中,控制电机的功率输出是最主要的控制过程。由于输送机在综采工作面作业过程中会遇到各种不可控的因素,从而导致电机的数学模型发生变化。传统PID控制精度只能满足一般电机的要求,但是遇到不可控的因素时,容易引起输送机电机的损坏,因此引入模糊自适应整定PID控制理论,可以使电机的控制器具有一定的自适应性,它主要通过模糊规则来自动调整电机控制器的参数,以达到更好的控制效果。In the automatic control system of coal mine conveyor motors,the power output of the motor is the most important control process.Due to various uncontrollable factors encountered by the conveor during the operation of the fully mechanized mining face,the mathematical model of the motor may change.The traditional PID control accuracy can only meet the requirements of ordinary motors,and encountering uncontrollable factors can easily cause damage to the conveyor motor.Therefore,the fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control theory is introduced to make the motor controller have a certain degree of adaptability,It can automatically adjust the parameters of the motor controller through fuzzy rules to achieve better control results.
