摘  要:针对血糖信号受高频随机噪声干扰进而影响血糖预测精度的问题,提出一种基于k值优化VMD-WT的血糖信号降噪方法。在不同模态数k下,对血糖信号进行变分模态分解(VMD)预分解,基于原信号与残差信号间的相关性越小信号分解越完全的原则,确定最优k值并分解信号,利用小波阈值(WT)处理含噪高频模态,将降噪高频模态与其余模态重构得到更纯净的血糖信号。实验结果显示,在信噪比方面,降噪血糖比经验模态分解法提高1.8346 dB,提前60 min预测的MAPE为4.9083%,相对于经验模态分解法、未降噪信号分别降低1.6%、2.9%,表明该方法可抑制噪声并保留高频有用信息,降噪效果更好。Aiming at the problem that the blood glucose signal is interfered by high⁃frequency random noise,which affects the accuracy of blood glucose prediction,a blood glucose signal noise reduction method based on k value optimization VMD⁃WT is proposed.The blood glucose signal is pre⁃decomposed by Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)under different modal numbers k,and the optimal k value is determined and decomposed based on the principle that the smaller the correlation between the original signal and the residual signal,the more complete the signal decomposition is.The noisy high⁃frequency mode is processed by Wavelet Threshold(WT),and the noise⁃reduced high⁃frequency mode and the rest modes are reconstructed to obtain a purer blood glucose signal.The experimental results show that the noise⁃reduced blood sugar signal⁃to⁃noise is increased by 1.8346 dB compared with the empirical mode decomposition method,and the MAPE predicted 60 minutes ahead of time is 4.9083%,which is reduced by 1.6%and 2.9%respectively compared with the empirical mode decomposition method and the unreduced signal,indicating that this method can suppress noise and retain high⁃frequency useful information,and the noise reduction effect is better.
