摘  要:高等教育在高质量教育体系建设中发挥着先导性和引领性的作用,课堂作为高等教育的主要场所,既是教师教学和学生获取知识与技能的主阵地,亦是师生互动交流、激发创新活力的主渠道。随着“显性逃课”的有效治理,“隐性逃课”成为高质量课堂建设的攻坚重点。从美德论、功利论和道义论的角度加以考察,学生“隐性逃课”现象反映出懒惰和不自制陋习,违背了努力学习、遵守学习行为规范和尊敬师长的义务,不仅会阻碍学生个体专业知识的获得、专业素质和能力的提升,影响教师教学热情和教学投入度,还会导致教育教学质量的整体下滑。有效预防与治理“隐性逃课”现象,需要加强学习伦理教育,激活师生的情感投入,畅通多方主体的沟通协商机制。Higher education plays a leading and guiding role in the construction of a high-quality education system.As the main venue for higher education,the classroom is not only the main battlefield for teachers to teach and students to acquire knowledge and skills,but also the main channel for teachers and students to interact and stimulate innovation vitality.With the effective governance of“explicit truancy”,“recessive truancy”has become a key focus of high-quality classroom construction.From the perspectives of virtue theory,utilitarianism,and deontology,students’“recessive truancy”reflects their laziness and uncontrollable bad habits,and violates the obligation to study hard,abide by learning behavior norms,and respect teachers,which not only hinders students’acquisition of professional knowledge,improvement of professional quality and ability,hinders teachers’teaching enthusiasm and investment,but also leads to an overall decline in the quality of education and teaching.To effectively prevent and manage“recessive truancy”,it is necessary to strengthen learning ethics education,activate the emotional investment of teachers and students,and smooth the communication and negotiation mechanism among the parties involved.
