摘 要:为研究隧道新型支护模袋混凝土的抗压强度,设计了高流态混凝土配合比,对4个不同试验工况的混凝土试件,以3,7,28 d抗压强度为考察指标,分析在相同排水条件下模袋以及在相同模袋条件下有压排水对于混凝土抗压强度的影响。对比分析养护龄期对不同试验工况混凝土抗压强度的影响,揭示了不同试验工况混凝土破坏形态。结果表明:模袋对混凝土抗压强度影响不大,但可以提高其整体变形能力;有压排水可大幅度提升混凝土抗压强度,且提升随养护龄期增长呈现先增加后减少的规律;不排水混凝土抗压强度前期增长较慢后期较快,而有压排水混凝土恰好相反;无模袋混凝土破坏时形成两个对顶的角锥形破坏面,有模袋混凝土破坏时裂缝沿着平行于力的作用方向产生,但两者边缘都有贯穿裂缝。研究成果可为探究模袋混凝土力学性能及强度试验方法提供一定参考。In order to study the compressive strength of the new tunnel support mold bag concrete,a high-fluid concrete ratio was designed and the effects of mold bag and pressurised drainage on the compressive strength of concrete under the same drainage conditions and under the same mold bag conditions were analysed for four concrete specimens with different test conditions,using the compressive strength at 3,7 and 28 d as the indexes.The effect of curing age on the compressive strength of concrete in different test conditions was compared and the damage pattern of concrete in different test conditions was revealed.The results show that:The mold bag has little effect on the compressive strength of concrete,but can improve its overall deformation capacity;pressurised drainage can significantly increase the compressive strength of concrete and the increase shows a pattern of increasing and then decreasing with the age of curing;the compressive strength of undrained concrete increases slowly in the early stage and faster in the later stage,while the opposite is true for pressurised drainage concrete;Concrete damage without mold bags forms two angular conical damage surfaces against the top,and with mold bags cracks occur along the direction of action parallel to the forces,but with penetration cracks at both edges.The research results can provide some reference for exploring the mechanical properties and strength test methods of mold bag concrete.
