摘　　要：课程思政是实现立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是近年来体育专业本科教学改革中较为重要的部分。体育保健学作为普通高校体育本科人才培养方案中的主干课程,蕴藏着丰富的科学精神与人文精神,研究从课程思政教学目标设置、教师思政教学能力提升、思政教学素材梳理以及课程教学模式构建等4个方面,对体育保健学课程思政教学体系的构建进行了探索,以期为实现以体育人,培养学生以体报国的家国情怀提供助力。"The curriculum on the ideological and political dimension"is an important measure to realize the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education",and it is also an important part of the undergraduate teaching reform of physical education majors in recent years.As a main course in the PE undergraduate talent training program in colleges and universities,Sports Health Science contains abundant scientific and humanistic spirit.This study explores the construction of the teaching system of Sports Health Care on the ideological and political dimension from four aspects:the setting of the teaching objectives of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,the improvement of teachers'ideological and political teaching ability,the combing of ideological and political teaching materials and the construction of curriculum teaching modes,in order to provide help for the realization of"cultivating people through sports""and the cultivation of students'feelings of"serving the country through sport".
