摘　　要：本研究深入探讨了基于工作过程的财务外包实践教学的重要性、存在的问题,以及设计策略。首先,阐述了基于工作过程的财务外包实践教学对提升职业技能、培养解决问题的能力、促进跨学科学习,以及提高就业竞争力的重要性。其次,深入分析了在实施过程中可能遇到的问题,如资源不足、难以保证隐私安全、学生技能水平存在差异、难以开展实践工作等。最后,本文提出了一套设计策略,包括明确学习目标、选择适当的实践案例、建立与行业的合作关系、制定差异化教学策略、设计定期评估机制等,希望为财务外包实践教学提供了新的视角和方法。This study delves into the importance,existing problems,and design strategies of financial outsourcing practical teaching based on work processes.First,it elaborates the importance of financial outsourcing practical teaching based on work processes in enhancing vocational skills,cultivating problem-solving abilities,promoting interdisciplinary learning,and enhancing employment competitiveness.Then,it provides an in-depth analysis of potential issues that may arise during the implementation process,such as insufficient resources,difficulty in ensuring privacy and security,differences in student skill levels,and difficulty in carrying out practical work.Finally,we propose a set of design strategies,including clarifying learning objectives,selecting appropriate practical cases,establishing cooperative relationships with the industry,developing differentiated teaching strategies,designing regular evaluation mechanisms,etc.,hoping to provide new perspectives and methods for financial outsourcing practical teaching.
