摘  要:高校人才培养能力建设是高等教育研究的重要理论问题,也是应用型本科高校办学的重要实践问题。提高应用型本科高校人才培养能力,要着力增强党建引领力,永葆应用型本科高校人才培养社会主义本色;着力提升治理运行力,筑牢应用型本科高校人才培养的制度之基;着力强化适应力,构建应用型本科高校人才培养的新格局;着力优化专业建设力,打造应用型本科高校人才培养特色;着力形成思政协同力,培养德智体美劳全面发展应用型本科高校人才培养的能力。The construction of talent training ability in colleges and universities is an important theoretical issue in higher education research,and it is also an important practical issue in the management of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.To improve the ability of talent training in application-oriented universities,we are supposed to focus on strengthening the leadership of Party building and maintaining the socialist nature of talent training in application-oriented universities.Efforts should be made to improve the operational power of governance and build a solid foundation for the system of talent training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.Efforts should be made to strengthen adaptability and build a new pattern of talent training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,focus on optimizing the professional construction force and creating the characteristics of talent training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,focus on the formation of ideological and political synergy and cultivate the ability of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor comprehensive development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities so as to cultivate talents.
