摘 要:生活方式医学是美国新兴五大临床专业之一,南卡罗来纳大学是美国第一所将生活方式医学教育纳入本科医学课程教学的高校,其生活方式医学课程建构较为成熟。系统地研究美国南卡罗来纳大学生活方式医学课程建构和设置情况,从完善高等医学教育体系、明确培养目标、构建科学的课程体系、采用多样化的教学方式及协同中医发展五个方面提出建议,以期探索出适合我国国情的生活方式医学课程体系,促进我国高等医学教育的可持续发展。Lifestyle medicine is one of the five emerging clinical majors in the United States.The University of South Carolina is the first university in the United States to incorporate lifestyle medicine education into the undergraduate medical curriculum teaching,and its lifestyle medicine curriculum construction is relatively mature.Through the study of the construction and setting of the lifestyle medicine curriculum at the University of South Carolina,suggestions are made from five aspects:improving the higher medical education system,clarifying training goals,building a scientific curriculum system,adopting diversified teaching methods,and promoting collaborative development with Traditional Chinese Medicine.The goal is to explore a lifestyle medicine curriculum system suitable for China's national conditions,promote the sustainable development of China's higher medical education.
