摘 要:随着社会分工的精细化,近些年来在校园周边区域出现了一些专门为中小学生提供餐饮服务的新经营业态——“小饭桌”。越来越多的家庭选择将孩子的午餐、晚餐托付给校园周边的“小饭桌”,由于受众群体特殊且就餐时间集中,“小饭桌”的食品安全问题受到社会的高度关注。本文分析总结了当前校园周边“小饭桌”存在的主要食品安全问题,并提出了进一步改善及优化“小饭桌”食品安全管理工作的对策。With the refinement of the social division of labor.In recent years,there have been some new business models specifically providing catering services for primary and secondary school students in the surrounding areas of campuses—“small dining tables”.More and more families choose to entrust their children’s lunches and dinners to the“small dining table”around the campus,due to the special audience groups and concentrated meal times,the food safety of“small dining table”has been highly concerned by the community.This paper analyzes and summarizes the main food safety problems of“small dining table”around the campus and proposes regulatory countermeasures to further improve and optimize the food safety management of“small dining table”.
