摘  要:企业员工知识、技能的提升对企业的发展有着重要作用。为探索企业员工参与培训意愿的主要影响因素和作用机制,文章通过对安徽省的企业员工进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论研究方法整合分析数据,结果发现:外驱的规范因素和内驱的个体属性、心理因素以及调节的情境因素对企业员工培训意愿产生影响。在此基础上,构建了企业员工培训意愿的影响因素模型,提出加强政策宣传、完善激励机制、健全行政监管、优化培训结构等对策建议。The improvement of employees'knowledge and skills is of great significance for the development of the enterprise.Through in-depth interviews with enterprise employees in Anhui Province,the grounded theory is used to reveal the influencing factors and mechanism of willingness of employees to participate in training.The study found that internal normative factors,external factors such as individual factors,psychological factors and regulatory factors have a major impact on the willingness of employees to participate in training.On this basis,this paper constructed a model of the internal factors,external factors,regulatory factors affecting the willingness of employees to participate in training,and proposes some countermeasures for strengthening policy publicity,perfecting effective incentive policies,improving administrative supervision systems and optimizing training structure.
