Research on the Matching between Talent Demand of the Industrial Robot Industry and Specialty Setting of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu

摘　　要：为了全面分析江苏省工业机器人行业人才需求与高职院校专业设置匹配性情况,提高人才培养的针对性,采用线上线下相结合的方式调研了81家工业机器人产业链上本体制造类、系统集成类、生产应用类企业及15所高职院校,系统分析了江苏省工业机器人产业人才需求现状和高职院校工业机器人技术专业人才培养现状,并对两者之间进行数量上和质量上的匹配性分析。研究发现,江苏省工业机器人产业仍将持续快速发展,工业机器人产业人才供需存在结构性矛盾,机器人专业产教融合的深度不够;在此基础上,给政府部门、高职院校和企业提出了相应对策建议。To comprehensively analyze the matching situation between the talent demand of the industrial robot industry and the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu,and improve the pertinence of talent cultivation,a total of 15 higher vocational colleges,as well as 81 enterprises in the industrial robot industry chain are investigated,including enterprises of ontology manufacturing,system integration and production application with a combination of online and offline methods.The current situation of talent demand in the industrial robot industry and the talents training in corresponding majors in higher vocational colleges is systematically analyzed,and a quantitative and qualitative matching analysis between both is also conducted.The research shows that the industrial robot industry in Jiangsu Province will continue to develop rapidly,there is a structural contradiction between the supply and demand of talents,and the depth of integration between industry and education is not enough.Finally some suggestions are provided to government departments,vocational colleges,and enterprises.
