摘 要:以佛罗里达无孢子侧耳和紫孢侧耳菌丝体为对象,探究其代谢产物的抗氧化活性。采用甲醇浸提法分别获取两种侧耳菌丝体提取物;以黄酮含量、总酚含量、DPPH自由基清除能力、总抗氧化能力、酪氨酸酶活性抑制率、NO清除能力和B16细胞相对存活率为指标,进行抗氧化能力为主的一系列功效评估。结果表明,佛罗里达无孢子侧耳和紫孢侧耳菌丝体提取物的黄酮含量分别为11.169 mg/g和5.260 mg/g,总酚含量分别为2.553 mg/g和11.640 mg/g;PFC、PSS菌丝体提取物中,佛罗里达无孢子侧耳菌丝体提取物对DPPH自由基、总抗氧化能力以及抑制酪氨酸酶能力均较弱,紫孢侧耳菌丝体提取物的清除和抑制效果较强,两种侧耳菌丝体提取物对NO清除能力差异较小。实验结果初步证实紫孢侧耳菌丝体提取物相比于佛罗里达无孢子侧耳菌丝体提取物的抗氧化能力更强,总酚含量更高。The antioxidant activity of the metabolites of Pleurotus florida-sporeless Chang and Pleurotus sapidus(schulz.)sacc were studied.Two kinds of Pleurotus mycelium extracts were obtained by methanol extraction method.Flavonoid content,total phenol content,DPPH free radical scavenging ability,total antioxidant capacity,tyrosinase activity inhibition rate,NO scavenging ability and B16 cell relative survival rate were used as indicators,a series of efficacy evaluations focusing on antioxidant capacity were conducted.The results showed that the flavonoid content and total phenol content of the mycelium extracts of Pleurotus florida-sporeless Chang and Pleurotus sapidus(schulz.)sacc were 11.169 mg/g and 5.260 mg/g,respectively,and 2.553 mg/g and 11.640 mg/g,respectively.Among the mycelium extracts of PFC and PSS,the mycelium extract of Pleurotus florida-sporeless Chang had weak DPPH free radical,total antioxidant capacity and tyrosinase inhibition ability,and the mycelium extract of Pleurotus sapidus(schulz.)sacc had strong scavenging and inhibition effect,and the two kinds of mycelium extract had little difference in NO scavenging ability.The experimental results preliminarily confirmed that the extract of Pleurotus sapidus(schulz.)sacc had stronger antioxidant capacity and higher total phenol content than the extract of Pleurotus florida-sporeless Chang.
