摘  要:住院医师规范化培训(住培)是医学生毕业后继续教育的重要组成部分,是提高临床医师医疗水平的重要环节,眼科学作为专业性及操作性极强的学科,诊治进展日新月异,知识点及操作技能不易掌握。针对不同层级住院医师的培训需要及疾病特点制定合适的教学方法尤为重要。分层递进式教学法打破了传统的灌输式教学,强调尊重学生的个体差异,能够提高教学效果。西安交通大学第二附属医院眼科在住培实践探索中,根据相关知识技能的特点对教学和考核进行分层设计,同时以胜任力为导向对学生和带教教师进行分层,探索并实践多维度的分层递进式教学法在眼科住培工作中的应用。本文以糖尿病视网膜病变为例,对多维度分层递进式教学法在眼科住培工作中的经验加以总结,以期为教学方法改进提供新的思路。Standardized training for residents is an important part of continuing education for medical students after graduation,and an important part of improving the medical level of clinicians.Ophthalmology,as a highly professional and operational discipline,has rapid progress in diagnosis and treatment,and the knowledge and operational skills are not easy to master.It is particularly important to formulate appropriate teaching methods according to the training needs of different levels of residents and the characteristics of diseases.The hierarchical progressive teaching method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional teaching,and emphasizes respect for the individual differences of students,and can improve the teaching effect.In the Department of Ophthalmology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,multi-dimensional hierarchical progressive teaching method was adopted in the practice and exploration of residents standardized training. Teaching and assessment were designed hierarchically based on the characteristics of relevant knowledge and skills,and at the same time students and teachers were stratified with competence-oriented. The step-by-step teaching method has achieved good teaching effects. Taking diabetic retinopathy as an example,this article summarizes the experience of multi-dimensional hierarchical progressive teaching method in the standardized training of ophthalmology residents,in order to provide new ideas for teaching improvement.
