摘  要:随着我国高校从精英教育向大众教育的转型,教育教学工作面临各种挑战,而“三全育人”理念为高等教育工作指明了出路和方向。大学生辅导员与专业导师作为提高人才培养的重要力量,亟需二者形成合力育人的格局。针对当前双方协同育人机制存在的现实困境,从“育人”“全面”“协同”的视角出发,探索构建合力育人机制的优化途径,提出了强化协同育人意识,加强组织管理激励机制,创新协同工作方式,搭建协同育人沟通渠道等系列措施。With the transformation of China s colleges and universities from elite education to mass education,education and teaching work is facing various challenges,and the concept of“three complete education”points out the way and direction for higher education work.As important forces to improve talent cultivation,college counselors and professional tutors urgently need to form a pattern of joint education.In view of the current practical difficulties in the cooperative education mechanism between the two sides,from the perspective of“education”,“comprehensive”and“cooperation”,this paper explores the optimal way to build the cooperative education mechanism,puts forward a series of measures such as strengthening the awareness of cooperative education,strengthening the organizational management incentive mechanism,innovating the cooperative work mode,and building the communication channel of cooperative education.
