摘　　要：本文结合电力科研业务支撑型单位现状以及战略管理体系建设实践情况,采用层次分析法构建企业战略传导绩效评价模型,对整个战略传导进程和实施绩效进行检验、监控和评价,旨在提升企业绩效管理水平,为企业战略传导和实施提出具有可操作性的改进意见。This article combines the current situation of power research business support units and the practice of strategic management system construction,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct an enterprise strategic transmission performance evaluation model.The entire strategic transmission process and implementation performance are tested,monitored,and evaluated,aiming to improve the level of enterprise performance management and propose actionable improvement suggestions for enterprise strategic transmission and implementation.
