三级综合医院针灸科临床带教常见问题分析

摘　　要：三级综合医院具有先进完善的设备、严谨细致的科室配备、高超技术水平的临床医生以及科研团队,以南京市第一医院为例,其中的针灸科是隶属于中医科的二级科室,负责南京医科大学附属南京医院针灸门诊及病房针灸会诊工作,常见病、疑难杂症混杂,各种针灸器具、方法操作齐全,适合针灸专业毕业实习,也可承担相关专业临床见习、规培生培训及各种临床教学任务。在本科各种实习、见习、培训过程中,临床带教教师及各类学生之间均存在一些常见问题,此文就此问题进行分析并提出初步体会,希望进一步提高教学满意度,以期为中医学繁荣发展、针灸临床带教水平提升贡献自己的一份力量。The tertiary general hospital has advanced and complete equipment,rigorous and meticulous department equipment,highly skilled clinicians and scientific research teams.Taking our hospital as an example,department of acupuncture and moxibustion is a second⁃level department subordinate to the department of traditional Chinese medicine,which is responsible for the acupuncture and moxibustion outpatient service and the acupuncture and moxibustion consultation in the ward of our hospital.Common diseases,difficult and miscellaneous diseases are mixed,and various acupuncture instruments and methods are fully operated,suitable for the graduation practice of acupuncture and moxibustion specialty.It can also undertake relevant professional clinical internship,training for trainees and various clinical teaching tasks.There are some common problems between clinical teaching teachers and various students in the process of undergraduate practice,internship and training.This paper analyzed the problems and puts forward preliminary experience,hoping to further improve teaching satisfaction,with a view to contributing to the prosperity and development of Chinese medicine and the improvement of clinical teaching level of department of acupuncture and moxibustion.
