摘　　要：面对数字化转型的挑战,开发基于B/S架构的客户关系管理系统非常有意义。文章对系统进行需求分析,确定系统的架构和功能模块,并对数据库进行设计。系统应用的前端技术主要包括Vue.js框架以及ECharts等组件库,后端技术主要包括SpringBoot和MySQL。系统实现了用户登录、客户管理、销售管理、数据分析等模块。实践表明该系统能够满足企业日常客户关系管理的需要,有助于提升企业的运营效率。Facing the challenges of digital transformation,it is very meaningful to develop a customer relationship management system based on B/S architecture.This article first performs a requirement analysis of the system,determines the architecture and functional modules of the system,and designs the database.The front-end technologies used in the system mainly include Vue.js framework and component libraries such as ECharts,while the back-end technologies mainly include SpringBoot and MySQL.The system implements modules such as user login,customer management,sales management,and data analysis.Practice has shown that this system can meet the daily needs of customer relationship management in enterprises and help improve their operational efficiency.
