摘 要:为探明烟支圆周对卷烟烟气挥发物释放的影响规律,采用GC-MS法对常规粗支(CZ)、中支(ZZ)和细支(XZ)卷烟主流烟气中307个挥发、半挥发性成分进行检测,结合组学手段采用的多元统计方法,系统对比分析了不同圆周卷烟烟气挥发物释放量分布的差异。结果表明:(1)按官能团划分,酚类、醛类、酮类和酸类等挥发物组的释放量较高,烃类、醇类、内酯类和吡啶类化合物等次之,其余挥发物组的释放量整体稍低。不同挥发物组释放量及分布离散程度总体上呈现CZ>ZZ>XZ的变化趋势,且CZ与XZ之间均呈现显著差异。(2)正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA)可以有效区分不同圆周的卷烟样品,经变量重要性投影值(VIP>1)和方差分析(P<0.05),分别筛选出35、12和12个特征差异化合物。其中,与ZZ相比,XZ只存在下调特征差异化合物。(3)以单位焦油释放量计,筛选出29个差异化合物,可将其明显分为3组,分别包含12、7和10个化合物,其中,前者总释放量在CZ样品的烟气中较高,后两者总释放量均在XZ样品的烟气中较高,差异化合物释放量之间的相关性及其与焦油的相关性总体相一致,且与差异化合物在不同圆周卷烟样品间烟气挥发物释放量变化趋势呈一定的对应关系。该研究从分子水平上系统比较了不同圆周卷烟烟气挥发物释放量的差异,可为卷烟品质提升及开发提供技术支撑。To investigate the influences of circumference on the releases of volatile components in mainstream cigarette smoke,307 volatile and semi-volatile components in mainstream smoke of king-sized(CZ),demi-slim(ZZ)and slim(XZ)cigarette samples were analyzed by GC-MS.Combined with multivariate statistical analysis method in omics,the differences in volatile compound releases in mainstream smoke of the cigarettes with different circumferences were systematically studied.The results showed that:1)Divided by functional groups,the releases of volatile components such as phenols,aldehydes,ketones and acids groups were higher,followed by hydrocarbons,alcohols,lactones and pyridine derivatives groups,and the releases of other volatile components were slightly lower overall.The releases and dispersion degrees of different volatile component groups generally followed the trend of CZ>ZZ>XZ samples,and there were significant differences between CZ and XZ samples.2)Cigarette samples with different circumferences could be effectively distinguished by the OPLS-DA method.According to variable importance projection value(VIP>1)and variance analysis(P<0.05),35,12 and 12 characteristic differential compounds were screened out,respectively.Compared with ZZ sample,only down-regulated characteristic differential compounds were found in mainstream smoke of XZ sample.3)Based on the release per unit tar,29 differential compounds were screened out,which could be clearly divided into three groups,including 12,7 and 10 compounds,respectively.Among them,the total release of the first group was higher in the mainstream smoke of the CZ sample,and the total releases of the other two groups were higher in the mainstream smoke of the XZ sample.The correlation between the releases of differential compounds and their correlations with tar were generally consistent,and it showed a certain corresponding trend in the releases of volatile components in mainstream smoke between samples with different circumferences.The differences between the releases of vol
