摘 要:在全球数字化转型加速的背景下,劳动主体、劳动工具和劳动对象都不同程度地被打上数字化“烙印”,数字劳动时代已然来临。数字劳动时代,人的能力边界不断拓展,、自主实践不断延伸,社会关系不断丰富,人的全面发展的内涵在数字技术的加持下得到延伸。但数字技术中存在数字剥削、数字规训、数字歧视、数字异化等现象,制约和影响人的全面发展。大学生劳动实践与数字技术的互动较多,高校劳动教育应更多地指向数字劳动而非实体劳动、指向职业性劳动而非体验性劳动。数字劳动时代高校劳动教育应从着力于促进人的能力发展、彰显人的实践主体性、丰富人的社会关系三方面厘清劳动教育的目标指向、内容安排,构建学校主导的协同治理机制、精准匹配的持续创新机制、正向激励的多元评价机制。In the context of acceleration of global digital transformation,labor subjects,labor tools and labor objects have been marked with“digital”to varying degrees,indicating that the digital labor era has come.In the era of digital labor,the boundaries of human ability constantly expand,independent practice constantly diversifies,social relations constantly enrich,and the connotations of human all-round development increase with the blessing of digital technology.However,the phenomenon of digital exploitation,digital discipline,digital discrimination and digital alienation influencing the all-round development of human beings.There is a greater interaction between labor practice and digital technology among college students,so labor education for college students focuses more on digital labor rather than physical labor,and vocational labor rather than experiential labor.In the age of digital labor,labor education should focus on improving studentscapacities,showing peoples practical subjectivity,enriching the social relationship of people,clarify the goal orientation and content arrangement of labor education from the three aspects,and establish a school-led collaborative governance mechanism,a precise matching continuous innovation mechanism and a positive incentive multi-evaluation mechanism.
