摘 要:旨在研究课堂教学管理的提升策略,以提高教学质量和学生的学习效果。首先,通过对相关文献的回顾,明确了课堂教学管理的重要性。然后,采用实践观察和访谈的方法,发现了课堂教学管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。最后,通过实施这些策略,观察了学生的学习行为和教师的教学方法的变化,验证了所提策略的有效性。研究结果显示,所提出的策略能够有效提升课堂教学管理,也为进一步研究课堂教学管理提供了新的思路和方法。This paper aims to study the promotion strategy of classroom teaching management,in order to im-prove the teaching quality and students'learning effect.Firstly,the importance of classroom teaching management is clarified through the review of relevant literature.Then,using the method of practical observation and interview,we found the problems in classroom teaching management and proposed corresponding solutions.Finally,by implemen-ting these strategies,we observed students' learning behavior and teachers'teaching methods and verify the effective-ness of the proposed strategies.The research results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the classroom teaching management,and also provide new ideas and methods for further research on the classroom teaching management.
