摘　　要：对白酒传统勾调工艺进行了阐述,并从自动化控制系统、数学算法、计算机技术的应用等方面总结和分析了白酒智能化勾调技术的应用研究进展及发展现状,以期为降低白酒生产成本、提高企业生产效率、推动白酒智能化发展提供理论依据。In this paper,the traditional Baijiu blending process is described,and the application progress and development status of in-telligent blending technology are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of automation control system,mathematical algorithm and computer technology,so as to provide theoretical basis for reducing the production cost,improving the production efficiency,and promoting the intelligent development of Baijiu.
