摘 要:葡萄酒旅游是一种具有多产业性、高体验性和文化性等相关特性的专项旅游。随着我国旅游业的转型升级,以及对素质教育重视程度的不断提高,研学旅游逐渐成为国内旅游研究的热点议题。课程化是研学旅行产品区别于其他细分旅游市场和产品的关键特征。目前,市场上的葡萄酒研学旅游课程存在产品单一、雷同,课程设计针对性不强等问题。本文尝试立足建构主义理论,通过区分学段,立足学科知识和核心素养,进行菜单式、项目式葡萄酒旅游研学课程的设计,希望给予葡萄酒研学课程开发一定的借鉴意义。Wine tourism is a special tourism with multi-industry,high-experience and cultural characteristics.With the transformation of tourism and the increasing focus on quality education,study tour is becoming a research hotspot in China.Course is the key feature that distinguishes study tour products from other segmented tourism markets and products.There are many problems in wine study tour courses in the market,such as homogenization and poor pertinence.In this paper,based on constructivism theory,we try to de-sign a menu-based and project-based wine study tour course by distinguishing learning stages and focusing on knowledge and core ability.This paper serves to provide some reference for the development of wine study tour courses.
