摘 要:目的分析就职于我国三级甲等医院的全日制毕业硕士学历护士的创新能力与成就动机、心理健康的相关性。方法采取便利抽样法,于2021年7月选取于我国17所三级甲等医院工作的104名全日制毕业硕士学历临床护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、临床护理人员创新能力评价量表、成就动机量表和12项一般健康问卷对其进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关法分析创新能力与成就动机及心理健康之间的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析影响创新能力的因素。结果研究对象的创新能力总分为(152.72±17.38)分,高于常模(139.83±20.26)分,处于良好水平。追求成功动机得分为41.00(36.25,45.00)分,避免失败动机得分为38.00(33.00,42.00)分;心理健康得分为7.00(3.00,12.00)分。创新能力与成就动机呈正相关(r=0.350,P<0.01);与心理健康呈负相关(r=-0.311,P<0.01)。多因素回归分析结果显示,研究对象的职称、是否参加过创新相关培训、追求成功动机和心理健康是其创新能力的预测因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论全日制毕业硕士学历临床护士追求成功动机越强,心理健康状况越好,其创新能力越强。护理管理者应激发高学历护理人才成就动机,并重视其心理健康状况及加强其关于护理创新的培训,从而提高他们的创新能力,促进护理行业的持续发展。Objective To analyze the correlation between innovation ability,achievement motivation and mental health of clinical nurses with full-time master degree from tertiary hospitals in China.Methods A total of 104 clinical nurses with full-time master degree from tertiary hospitals in China were selected as research objectives by convenience sampling method in July 2021.They were investigated by general information questionnaire,Innovation Ability Evaluation Scale of Clinical Nursing Staff,Achievement Motivation Scale and General Health Questionnaire-12.Pearson's correlation was used to analyze the correlation between innovation ability,achievement motivation and mental health,meanwhile multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors affecting innovation ability.Results The total score of innovation ability was(152.72±17.38),which was higher than the normal model(139.83±20.26),and was at a good level.The achievement motivation score was 41.00(36.25,45.00),the score of avoiding failure motivation was 38.00(33.00,42.00),and the mental health score was 7.00(3.00,12.00).The innovation ability was positively correlated with the achievement motivation(r=0.350,P<0.01),and had a negative correlation with mental health(r=-0.311,P<0.01).Multivariate regression analysis verified that professional title,innovation related training,achievement motivation and mental health of clinical nurses with full-time master degree were the predictors of their innovation ability(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The stronger their achievement motivation,the higher the mental health level of clinical nurses with full-time master degree,which meant they had more prominent innovative ability.Nursing managers should stimulate the achievement motivation of highly educated nurses,pay attention to their mental health status,and strengthen the training on nursing innovation,so as to improve their innovative ability and promote the sustainable development of nursing industry.
