摘  要:目的本研究旨在探讨将基于问题学习的案例讨论教学模式应用于抗凝专业临床药师培训的效果及其重要性。方法通过1例PCI术后合并房颤的病例,综合分析在实施基于PBL的案例讨论教学前后,学员对抗凝药物合理使用的掌握情况。结果研究发现,通过采用这种培训方法,学员的理论知识成绩及案例分析能力明显提高,教学效果显著。结论基于问题学习的案例讨论教学模式在抗凝专业临床药师培训中表现出良好的适用性,全面的教学设计有助于提高临床药师培训的质量。OBJECTIVE To explore the effectiveness and significance of applying a problem-based learning(PBL)approach in the form of case discussions to the training of clinical pharmacists specializing in anticoagulation therapy.METHODS By analyzing a case of post-PCI atrial fibrillation with anticoagulant therapy,we comprehensively analyzed the students'understanding of the rational use of anticoagulant drugs before and after implementing case-based discussion teaching based on PBL.RESULTS By using this training method,the students'theoretical knowledge scores and case analysis abilities significantly improved,demonstrating a significant improvement in teaching effectiveness.CONCLUSION The PBL approach through case discussions proves to be wellsuited for the training of clinical pharmacists in the field of anticoagulation therapy.Comprehensive teaching design contributes to enhancing the quality of clinical pharmacist training.
