摘 要:食品技术经济分析与决策课程的主要内容涵盖项目的决策分析与评价。通过该门课程,学生不仅能够接触到专业知识,还能够学习行业知识,培养创业能力,是提升大学生实践能力和创业意识的最佳途径之一。针对国内外食品技术经济分析相关课程的特点以及当前的教学改革措施,进行以下教学改革。首先,结合“互联网+”和开放式教学的理念,创新教学形式;其次,采用多种形式强化实践教学,提高学生实践能力;最后,加强交流与交换,促进工商融合的发展。食品技术经济分析与决策课程的教学改革将有助于培养学生的思考能力、实践能力和专业素养。The main content of the course Food Technology Economic Analysis and Decision-making covers decision analysis and evaluation of projects.Through this course,students can not only access professional knowledge but also learn industry knowledge and cultivate entrepreneurial abilities,which is one of the best ways to enhance the practical abilities and entrepreneurial awareness of college students.In view of the characteristics of domestic and foreign courses related to food technology and economic analysis and the current measures of teaching reform,the following reform are proposed:first,combining the concept of"Internet+"and open teaching to innovate teaching forms;second,using various forms to strengthen practical teaching and enhance students'practical abilities;third,strengthening communication and exchanges to promote the integration of industry and commerce.The teaching reform of the course Analysis and Decision-Making in Food Technology and Economics will help cultivate students'thinking abilities,practical abilities,and professional literacy.
