摘 要:兴起于法国的企业教席,是当前大学基层学术组织变革的新现象。作为脱胎于传统讲座的新基层学术组织,它的突破表现在:组织理念从“自由探索”转变为“服务需求”、组织形式从“封闭”的常态化走向“开放”的非常态化、组织的学术质量控制从“同行评议”拓展到“外行参与”。探其根本,知识转型是大学基层学术组织变革的内在机理,企业教席的诸点突破是知识转型趋势下的历史必然。企业教席对当前我国大学基层学术组织变革的启示,一是要加快树立服务经济社会发展的本体使命;二是要构建开放灵活的非常态化组织形式;三是要形塑以服务需求为基准的质量控制机制。Originating in France,industrial chairs represent a novel trend in the transformation of grassroots academic organizations within universities.These new academic entities,which have evolved from traditional lectures,mark their advancement through a shift in organizational philosophy from“free exploration”to“serving needs,”the organizational form from“closed”to“open,”and an expansion of academic quality control mechanisms from“peer review”to“external stakeholder participation.”At the core,the transition of knowledge is the intrinsic mechanism driving the change in grassroots academic organizations,with the evolution of industrial chairs being an inevitable outcome of this shift in the knowledge paradigm.Facing contemporary trends,industrial chairs offer significant insights for the reform of grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities:firstly,the swift establishment of a mission centered on serving economic and social development;secondly,the creation of open,flexible,and non-conventional organizational structures;and thirdly,the development of quality control mechanisms that are benchmarked against service demands.
