校企合作共建实训基地探索与实践——以辽宁石化职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：从国家行业发展和石化炼油企业对复合型人才的需求出发,以辽宁石化职业技术学院为例,分析校企合作共建产学研实训基地的必要性和可行性,以及校企共建产学研实训基地在行业复合型人才培养方面所起的重要作用。结合行业应用型人才培养的现状、特点和要求,以及石化类实训基地的特点,充分利用学院和企业两种不同的教育模式和教育资源,实现理论教学与校内外实训结合、校企文化有机结合、专业教育与职业教育有机结合,提出当前校企合作共建产学研实训基地的模式。Starting from the national industry development's demand for composite talents in petrochemical and refining enterprises,this article takes Liaoning Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the necessity and feasibility of school enterprise cooperation in building practical training bases,as well as the important role of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating composite talents in the industry.Based on the current situation,characteristics,and requirements of cultivating applied talents in the industry,as well as the characteristics of petrochemical training bases,we fully utilize the two different educational environments and resources of schools and enterprises to achieve an organic combination of theoretical teaching and campus practice,campus culture and corporate culture,professional education and vocational training,and propose the current model of school enterprise cooperation to jointly build training bases.
