摘  要:目前在预测控制方面存在理论研究多,而实际应用少的情况。精细化工如染料在生产过程中基本是采用传统控制方式,由于受原料、设备、操作水平、经验等因素影响,产品的均一性和产能等指标受到很大的制约。为解决这个问题,提出基于模型的预测控制策略,通过设计基于反应温度的预测控制系统、仪表及相关设备,将工艺条件、原料因素、环境等多变量参数及过程变量等多输入转化为互不干扰的单输出系统,实现物料反应温度的自动预测控制,获良好的控制效果。这表明预测控制系统在精细化工实际生产中可广泛推广,发挥其应有的作用。Currently,predictive control has been extensively explored in theory and rarely applied in practical production.In fine chemicals such as dye production,traditional control methods are mostly used,which are constrained by factors such as raw materials,equipment,operational level,experience,etc.The uniformity and production capacity of products are greatly restricted.To solve this problem,a model based on predictive control strategy is proposed.By designing a predictive control system,instruments,and related equipment based on reaction temperature,the multi input parameters such as process conditions,raw material factors,environment,and process variables are transformed into a single output system that does not interfere with each other.It can achieve automatic predictive control of material reaction temperature and obtain good control results.This indicates that predictive control systems can be widely promoted and play their due role in the actual production of fine chemical.
