基于TOPSIS法的产业学院合作企业选择决策研究——以出版传媒类产业学院为例

摘　　要：当前职业院校在建设产业学院时普遍依靠主观判断选择合作企业,缺乏对不同企业的合作方案做量化优劣比较的测算方法,在长期校企合作治理中产生了各种问题从而影响了产业学院的可持续发展。在合作利益诉求与合伙关系要求的共同作用下,提取合作企业选择的关键评估特征指标,并基于TOPSIS法对五个出版传媒类产业学院的企业合作方案进行优劣排序计算,得出的结论符合实际建设成效,为职业院校提供了一种客观、精准、智能的产业学院校企合作决策方法。At present,when choosing cooperative enterprises to build industrial colleges,vocational colleges generally rely on subjective judgment,and lack of measurement methods to quantify the advantages and disadvantages of cooperation schemes of different enterprises,which has caused various problems in long-term school-enterprise cooperation governance and affected the sustainable development of industrial colleges.Under the joint influence of cooperative benefit demand and partnership requirements,this study extracted the key evaluation characteristic indexes of cooperative enterprises choice,and calculate the advantages ranking of five publishing and media industry colleges’enterprise cooperation schemes based on TOPSIS method,and the conclusion is in line with the actual construction situation,which presents vocational colleges an objective,accurate and intelligent decision method for school-enterprise cooperation of industrial colleges.
