摘　　要：加强课程思政教学,坚定中国式高等教育现代化发展方向。组织行为学课程因自身蕴含着丰富的思政内涵。伴随着信息技术的快速迭代发展,依托组织行为学课程思政教学资源库的建设,促进校际间优质课程思政教学资源的共建共享。通过分析组织行为学课程思政教学资源跨校整合的建设思路和价值意蕴,探索尝试提出创新策略构建,助力培养学生的职业道德素养和社会使命感,提升组织行为学课程思政育人效果,以期为高校组织行为学课程思政教学资源跨校整合工作提供参考与借鉴。The teaching philosophy of ideological and political education in courses provides a clear direction for the development of modern higher education in China.With the rapid development of information technology,the construction of the ideological and political education resources library for organizational behavior courses can promote the joint construction and sharing of high-quality teaching resources across universities.Analyzes the ideas and values behind the cross-university integration of ideological and political education resources for organizational behavior courses,explores and proposes innovative strategies to help cultivate students'professional ethics and social mission,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in organizational behavior courses.The aim is to provide references and guidance for the cross-university integration of ideological and political education resources in organizational behavior courses in universities.
