摘 要:组织行为学是工商管理专业一门必修实践性课程,在该专业人才培养中起着重要的基础作用。课程思政是应用型本科院校人才培养的有效途径,研究应用型本科院校组织行为学的课程思政教学,对充分发挥该课程专业教育与思想培养协同作用、提升课程教学的思想塑造和价值引领效果具有重要意义。结合教学实践选取典型知识点,阐述组织行为学课程思政教学的具体设计与实施;立足立德树人的根本任务,构建蕴含思政元素的课程体系,从教学大纲、教学资源等方面详细阐述课程思政教学的实施路径,提出进一步完善组织行为学课程思政教学的思路。Organizational Behavior is a compulsory course for business administration students,which is highly practical and plays an important role in the training of professional talents.Curriculum ideology and politics is an effective way to cultivate talents in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.The study of curriculum ideology and politics teaching of Organizational Behavior in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is of great significance to give full play to the synergistic effect of professional education and ideological training of this course,and to improve the ideological shaping and value-leading effect of curriculum teaching.First of all,select typical knowledge points to explain the specific ideological and political teaching of Organizational Behavior course design and implementation.Secondly,based on the fundamental task of moral education,it constructs a curriculum system containing ideological and political elements,and elaborates the implementation path of ideological and political teaching in this course from the aspects of teaching syllabus and teaching resources,and finally puts forward the idea of further improving the ideological and political teaching of Organizational Behavior course.
