高职“岗课赛证融通”育人模式研究与实践——以山东工业职业学院为例

摘　　要：“岗课赛证融通”形成了结构化的“四位一体”的综合育人机制,成为职业教育新的育人突破点和质量增长点。针对高职院校在岗课赛证融通方面存在的问题,构建“四位一体、四化协同”的人才培养模式,通过岗课融通、课赛融通、课证融通三个维度,形成以育人为目标,以课程为核心,“岗课赛证融通”的育人体系和育人成效。The"Combination of post and course competition and certification"has formed a structured"Four-in-one"comprehensive education mechanism,and has become a new educational breakthrough and quality growth point for the vocational education.At present,there are some problems in the integration of post-course competition and certificate in higher vocational colleges,so we should construct the talent training mode of"Four-in-one,four-in-harmony",which is composed of three dimensions:integration of post-course,integration of course competition and integration of course certificate,the formation of education as a goal,to the curriculum as the core,"On-the-job Certificate Integration"education system.This paper expounds the educational system and effect of"Post-course competition and integration"of e-commerce specialty.
