摘 要:板式家具装备行业整厂自动化解决方案已日趋成熟,但电脑裁板锯开料环节都不可避免地需要人工来实现板材转板二次锯切,无法实现真正的整厂自动化和无人化操作。文章采用机械手,通过程序模仿电脑裁板锯操作人员手和臂的动作,完成板材的自动上、下料工作,有效弥补了电脑裁板锯全自动生产的短板,推动板式家具制造自动化进程。The automation solutions for panel furniture manufacturing enterprise have become increasingly mature,but in all the automation solutions,the computer sawing and cutting link inevitably needs manual work to realize the second sawing of the plate turning plate due to the production process problems,which can never achieve the real automation and unmanned operation of the whole plant.In response to the above issues,this article adopts a robotic arm to simulate the actions of the hands and arms of computer sawing operators through program control,completing the automatic loading and unloading of boards,effectively compensating for the shortcomings of fully automatic production of computer saws,and promoting the automation process of panel furniture manufacturing.
