摘 要:在对新文科背景下高校瑜伽课程改革要求进行解读的基础上,本文运用文献资料等研究方法,探索新文科背景下高校瑜伽课程发展中存在的困境,并提出瑜伽课程教学创新路径。研究指出:在新文科理念指导下,应积极促进高校瑜伽课程教学理念的变革,坚持跨学科融合的教学思维转变、新技术赋能的教学模式创新以及实践性导向的教学目标搭建;目前,高校瑜伽课程发展中存在教学内容不够合理,教学效果不够全面、教学过程中瑜伽的哲学思源和文化内涵不足、课程思政元素嵌入不足等问题;本文从注重传统精髓的保留和发展、融入现代科技与智能、整合身心健康与当代生活需求、采取智慧化的教学方法提出了教学路径优化的主要方向,从技巧教学、理论框架、创新表演等部分提出了课程内容构建与教学模式创新思路,从六大方面提出了具体教学路径。Based on the interpretation of the reform requirements for university yoga courses in the context of new humanities,this paper,utilizing research methods such as literature review,explores the challenges in the development of university yoga courses under the backdrop of new humanities and proposes innovative teaching paths for yoga courses.The study suggests that:Guided by the new humanities philosophy,efforts should be made to actively promote the transformation of the teaching philosophy of university yoga courses,insisting on the transformation of interdisciplinary integration in teaching thinking,innovation in teaching models empowered by new technologies,and the establishment of practice-oriented teaching goals.Currently,challenges exist in the development of university yoga courses,including inadequate rationality in teaching content,insufficient comprehensiveness in teaching effectiveness,insufficient philosophical and cultural connotations of yoga during the teaching process,and inadequate embedding of ideological and political elements in the curriculum.The paper proposes main directions for exploring teaching paths,emphasizing the preservation and development of traditional essence,integration of modern technology and intelligence,integration of physical and mental health with contemporary life needs,and adopting intelligent teaching methods.The paper also puts forward ideas for curriculum content construction and teaching model innovation in terms of skill teaching,theoretical frameworks,and innovative performances,outlining specific teaching paths in six major aspects.
