高职院校横向科技成果转化现状与提升策略研究——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校作为科技创新建设体系的重要力量,在以科技成果转化推动横向科技合作中发挥着关键作用。然而,相较于本科院校,高职院校的横向科技成果转化依然面临对接渠道不畅、成果质量不高等问题。为了有效促进横向科技成果转化,建议高职院校围绕地方产业规划,融入企业创新发展;协同产学研合作平台,畅通校企供需对接;加强知识产权管理,提高专利申报质量。As an important force in the construction system of scientific and technological innovation,higher vocational colleges play a key role in promoting horizontal scientific and technological cooperation through the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.However,compared with undergraduate colleges and universities,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges still faces problems such as poor docking channels and low-quality achievements.In order to effectively increase the transformation rate of achievements in horizontal scientific and technological cooperation and improve the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements and the quality of transactions,it is suggested that higher vocational colleges should focus on local industrial planning and integrate into the innovation and development of enterprises,collaborate with industries and resarch institutes through cooperation platforms,smooth the supply and demand connection between colleges and enterprises,strengthen intellectual property management and improve the quality of patent application.
