摘 要:本项目以人社部连锁经营管理师、互联网营销师等新职业认证为研究对象,以职业培训和学历教育协同发展为目标,研究在新职教终身学习背景下,新商科人才培养的机理与路径。本项目融合学校教育单位、用人企业部门和职业机构的学历培养、产教融合以及职业培训功能,构建了三部门和三功能嵌入高职院校三学年培养过程的三融三通模式。通过三部门“职业培训+学历教育”功能上的一以贯之和三学年“职业培训+学历教育”规划上的一脉相承,实现两者的协同发展。该模式在对接新商业、新职业和新需求的基础上,融合学校教育和职业培训,有助于提升新商科学生职业技能和扩大新商科学生就业。同时,将学校教育嵌入社会教育大体系,帮助社会劳动力提升劳动技能,助推终身职业教育,充分发挥高职院校在职业技能培训方面的作用与功能。This project takes the certification of new professions such as chain operation managers and internet marketing professionals from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as the research object,with the goal of synergistic development of vocational training and academic education.It studies the mechanism and path of cultivating new business talents in the context of lifelong learning in new vocational education.This project integrates the functions of academic education,industry education integration,and vocational training in school education units,employing enterprise departments,and vocational institutions,and constructs a three integration and three connectivity model with three departments and three functions embedded in the three-year training process of vocational colleges.Through the consistent integration of the three departments'functions of“vocational training+academic education”and the continuity of the three-year plan of“vocational training+academic education”,the coordinated development of the two can be achieved.On the basis of connecting with new businesses,new professions,and new demands,this model integrates school education and vocational training,which helps to enhance the vocational skills of new business students and expand their employment.At the same time,integrating school education into the social education system,helping the labor force improve their labor skills,promoting lifelong vocational education,and fully leveraging the role and function of vocational colleges in vocational skills training.
