摘　　要：主要探讨贵州民族大学有机化学教学改革的必要性和可行性。通过对目前教学现状的分析,提出了一些教学改革和人才培养建议,包括高考招生选科限制、教学内容的更新、教学方法的改进、辩证唯物主义世界观和方法论的运用、实验教学的加强和人才培养方案的优化等。这些改革措施将有助于提高教学效果,培养优秀的有机化学人才,促进西部地区的经济发展。This paper mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of the teaching reform of organic chemistry in Guizhou Minzu University.Through the analysis of the existing teaching status,some teaching reform and personnel training schemes and are put forward:including the restriction of college entrance examination,the renewal of teaching content,the improvement of teaching methods,the application of dialectical materialist world outlook and methodology,the strengthening of experimental teaching and the optimization of talent training program.These reform measures will help to improve the teaching effect,cultivate more outstanding organic chemistry talents,and promote the economic development of the western region.
