摘　　要：分析化学及实验是发展和应用各种方法、仪器和策略,以获得有关物质在空间和时间方面组成,以及含量、结构、性质等信息的一门科学,是化学科学的重要分支和基础学科,既具有严密、系统的理论性,又具有很强的实用性,因此它是一门理论性与应用性均较强的课程。首先介绍了分析化学及实验课程的任务和目标,然后总结了课程在改革中需要解决的问题并提出了相应对策,最后提出了分析化学及实验课程教学改革实施方法和改革成效。提出的课程教学改革措施与成效可以为其他课程的改革提供一定的借鉴和思路。Analytical Chemistry and experiments is the science of developing and applying methods,instruments and strategies to obtain information about the composition,content,structure and properties of substances in space and time,it is an important branch and basic subject of chemical science,which is both rigorous and systematic in theory and practical in application.This paper first introduces the tasks and objectives of the course of analytical chemistry and experiment,then summarizes the problems that need to be solved in the course reform and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,at last,the implementation method and effect of the teaching reform of Analytical Chemistry and experiment are put forward.The proposed curriculum teaching reform measures and results can provide some reference and ideas for the reform of other courses.
