摘　　要：农业硕士研究生人才培养目标是为农业技术研究、应用、开发及推广等培养具有农业综合职业技能的应用型高层次人才。培养具有创新意识的新型农业技术人员对于加快我国农业现代化进程、推动农业农村经济建设至关重要。结合近些年的实践教学,从农业硕士研究生人才培养目标、课程设置、导师队伍建设以及实践环节等方面分析了全日制农业专业硕士人才培养过程中存在的问题,并探讨解决对策,以期为农业专业硕士人才培养提供经验,提高专业研究生人才培养质量。The objective of training talents for agricultural master’s degree is to cultivate applied high⁃level talents with comprehensive voca⁃tional skills in agriculture for agricultural technology research,application,development and promotion.The training of new⁃type agricultural technicians with innovative consciousness is essential to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization and promoting the construction of professional agricultural and rural economy in China.Based on the practical teaching in recent years,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the cultivation process of full⁃time agricultural master’s talents from the aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum setting,tutor team construction and practical links,and suggested some counter measurements,in order to provide experiences for the cultivation of professional agricultural master’s talents,improve the training quality of professional graduate talents.
